The Communicate in Greek for Beginners course consists of a student's book, two workbooks, and an audio CD.
It contains the material covered in stage 1 of the course Epikoinoniste Ellinika, specially adapted to serve English speakers who learn modern Greek. Hence,

exercise instructions, tips on grammar or other language points, and explanations in the grammar tables are all given in English;

in addition, the course book contains an appendix in English with explanatory notes on grammar and vocabulary together with some information on everyday life in Greece.
Once a student has completed Communicate in Greek for Beginners he or she may continue studying Modern Greek with the course books, exercise books and audio CD’s for levels 2 and 3 of the Epikoinoniste Ellinika course. |
