These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between you and Bibliagora.co.uk. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by Bibliagora.co.uk's terms and conditions set out below.

Contract for the Supply of Goods

  • Bibliagora.co.uk is a trading name of SNBC Group, 3rd Floor 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH.

  • No contract for the supply of goods will subsist unless and until an email is sent by Bibliagora.co.uk to you confirming that your order has been completed (dispatched) (this does not include our order receipt email). This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Bibliagora.co.uk and is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

  • Bibliagora.co.uk are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance.

  • Items sold through Bibliagora.co.uk may be fulfilled by Amazon UK or other SNBC Group's partner, associate and affiliate,  based on stock availability. This will be confirmed on the dispatch email.

 

Payment

  • Bibliagora.co.uk accepts payment by credit or debit cards, Bibliagora.co.uk gift certificates and coupons.

  • Your card will be charged within 24 hours from ordering, since stock is strictly controlled, reserved for you. In case of unexpected stock shortages or defective material, a full refund will be issued immediately without delays and you will be notified accordingly.

 

Our Prices

  • All prices listed on the site include VAT (where appropriate).

 

Availability

  • In the case where a title is out of stock at Bibliagora.co.uk and at our suppliers, you will be notified by email of the expected delivery date.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

 

Pre-Ordering

  • If a Greek book has not yet been published, you can pre-order the title and we will hold your order for dispatch when the title has been released.

 

Delivery Options and Charges

  • Bibliagora.co.uk delivers only to the United Kingdom and the European Union and you may choose Standard or Expedited delivery.

  • UK Standard delivery cost: FREE 

  • UK Expedited delivery cost: £5.95

  • EU Standard delivery cost: FREE on orders over £40

  • EU Standard delivery cost: £5.95 on orders less than £40

  • UK Expedited delivery cost: £5.95 on orders over £40

  • UK Expedited delivery cost: £9.95 on orders less than £40

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery items typically arrive within 5 days. Please allow 14 days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

  • Expidited delivery items typically arrive within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7 days before inquiring about lost or missing items.

  • Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the bank holiday weekends. We suggest allowing an additional 2-3 days for your packages to arrive to allow for delays within the mail.

  • It is up to you to make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.

 

Custom Charges

  • NO customs charges are payable for items shipped to UK and EU addresses.

 

Cancellation

  • Where you have already received the goods, you may cancel your order any time up to seven days after receiving the delivery. Goods are to be returned to us unopened. Bibliagora.co.uk will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.

  • To return an unwanted item login to your Bibliagora.co.uk account and request an authorisation for returning an eligible item.

  • Bibliagora.co.uk will not be liable for delivery costs if an item is returned unwanted.

 

Returns

  • What is most important to us is that shopping with Bibliagora.co.uk is a simple, "hassle-free", process.

  • We are happy to accept returns of unwanted, defective or damaged items.

  • Please return the books wrapped securely to prevent damage, and include a note of the problem experienced and your original invoice.

  • We will reimburse postage costs for defective items. We will not reimburse postage costs for simply unwanted items.

  • If the book is no longer obtainable, we will refund your account.

  • We check returned books and reserve the right to return the item to you at your expense if it is not defective/misprinted.

 

Privacy

  • Bibliagora.co.uk retains a certain level of information about our customers in order that we can process orders you place with us and provide you with a convenient service when you return to our site.

  • The information you provide when registering will not be sold, lent or otherwise disseminated beyond Bibliagora.co.uk and the resources required to fulfil your order, and we make every effort to secure any data we hold.

  • Credit and Debit card details are entered into a secure server using SSL technology, which is provided by WorldPay. WorldPay securely processes your credit and debit card information and guarantees all transactions. Similarly you may use PayPal to pay for your orders.

  • Although our restricted use of personal data exempts us from registering under the Data Protection Act 1998, we adhere to the Data Protection Principles therein which in summary require that data shall be:

  1. Fairly and lawfully processed.

  2. Processed for limited purposes.

  3. Adequate, relevant and not excessive.

  4. Accurate.

  5. Not kept longer than necessary.

  6. Processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights.

  7. Secure.

  8. Not transferred to countries outside the EEA without adequate protection.
