Delivery Times

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours, unless there are availability problems with publishers and suppliers. There are dispatch indications (24 hours, 1-2 weeks, 2-3 weeks, etc) for all products.
We'll keep you informed in case of a potential delay.

  • European Delivery usually takes 3 - 9 days
  • Rest of the world Airmail Delivery (priority) usually takes 1 - 3 weeks
  • For non-European deliveries Surface mail (non-priority) can take up to 12 weeks
Please note that Dispatch time is not the same as Delivery time. Dispatch time is the time we need to collect the items from our warehouse(s), check them, package them and post them to you. Delivery time is the time it takes the postal service to deliver your order after we have posted it. Of course these times change from country to country since each postal service operates differently.
